Young Persons Social Prescribing program
We are pleased to announce that we are now able to offer access to the Young Persons Social Prescribing program.
It is designed for young people aged between 11 and 18. This program aims to address various concerns and support needs faced by young people, providing a holistic approach to their health and well-being.
Led by Dawn, the Young Persons Social Prescriber for Greater Peterborough Network, the program offers support for challenges such as anxiety, low mood, loneliness, bullying, exercise, healthy eating, isolation, assistance for young carers, career guidance, and exploration of hobbies and interests.
For further information or to discuss the service, individuals can contact Dawn at 0333 332 4666
