It has a consistently high feedback rating with over 90% of respondents saying they have sufficient information and are happy to recommend it to others. 

We are encouraging all patients to register for their NHS log in so they can access the Doctrin platform when it replaces our existing Engage Consult software in late January. It uses a series of questions and rating scales to enable us to accurately assess your needs and responses are always sent securely via cloud-technology. 

Doctrin, a Swedish platform which is widely used in the Nordic countries, has been adapted for the UK market with information and links specifically for UK patients. Lakeside Healthcare is the first provider to go live with the platform in the UK. It is responsive and our team will respond during normal surgery hours.
