Order your repeat prescriptions early

Dear patients,

Please allow 2 working days for all repeat prescription requests to be processed by our Pharmacy Team. Please note this does not include the time required for the Pharmacy of your choice to dispense the prescription. It can vary and could take up to 72 hours.

We advise ordering your medication in good time so you do not run out, this includes medication ordered on a Saturday. Please note that bank holidays are not working days.

Urgent requests for repeat medications to be processed in under 48 hours cannot be accommodated unless there are extenuating circumstances.
