Here’s how to check

Check your record online

If you're unsure whether you’ve had your recommended vaccinations, you can check online using the NHS App or SystmOnline. Your vaccination history is usually listed in your online GP record.

Log in to the NHS App or SystmOnline and look under Your health record. Some older vaccinations may not appear online depending on when online record access was enabled. If anything appears to be missing or doesn’t look right, please get in touch and we’ll review it for you.

If you can’t access online services

If you can’t access the NHS App or SystmOnline, you can contact us using Anima by submitting an administrative request. Our team will review your record and let you know what we find.

If you prefer to call the practice

If you’re unable to use online services, please call the practice. If possible, calling in the afternoon can help as our phone lines are usually less busy. A member of the team can check your vaccination history and confirm your status.

If you need catch-up vaccinations

If we find that you haven’t received the recommended vaccines, or if your record is unclear, we’ll discuss this with you and arrange any catch-up vaccinations you may need.
