Changes to your Covid vaccination records
This is to let you know that we are unable to change or update records of any Covid vaccinations either given abroad or at a practice other than Stanground surgery.
If your vaccine was administered abroad you will need to contact 119 – option 1, option 4 to be put in touch with the Data Resolution team who will verify the authenticity and/or book a slot for you at a special clinic to have your record updated. Please keep all your records safe until this process is complete.
If you believe your record is incorrect e.g. wrong vaccine, dose coded, then please direct your enquiry to the clinic where you received your vaccination. If that clinic is no longer in operation then please telephone 119 for a resolution.
The 119 service may wish to direct you back to us, however please explain to them that we are unable to help in the instances described above. Thank you.
