Rescheduled PPG Meeting

Following its postponement due to the Queen's funeral, the next meeting of the Patient Participation Group will take place on Monday 3rd October at 6.30pm at the surgery.

All Yaxley patients are welcome to attend. The PPG acts as a liaison between patients and Practice Team, providing valuable feedback and acting as ‘critical friends.’

With planned population growth in the area it is more vital than ever that we have a strong PPG. We are looking for people to attend from as wide a demographic as possible to represent our patient community.

A new Chairperson and Secretary will be elected at the meeting, so please come along to find out more about the PPG and how you can be involved.

We hope to welcome along as many patients as possible. Thank you.
