Service Update - Staff Shortages

Due to unforeseen multiple staff absences, our Clinical, Reception and Administration teams are critically short-staffed today. We are doing our utmost to arrange additional cover as quickly as possible.

We kindly ask for your support during this challenging time by using alternative resources where appropriate, such as:

  • Community Pharmacies for minor ailments
  • GP Hub services
  • NHS 111
  • Anima for medical requests (except repeat medication – please use the NHS app, which is available 24x7) and administrative enquiries. Please note Anima no longer requires an account or login.
  • The NHS app for repeat medication requests and checking test results

We are deeply grateful to all patients already utilising these resources to help ease the pressure on our services.
