Drop in information sessions for Carers
Tuesday 10th June 2025
The Personalised Care team from South Peterborough Primary Care Network is holding a drop-in session at our surgery for Carers on Tuesday 10 June.
The team will have a stand and will give out information on all of the local and national support available.
The event is to mark National Carers Week, which raises awareness of caring, highlights the challenges that unpaid carers face and recognises the contribution they make to families and communities.
Dawn Farey, Personalised Care Team Lead, said: ‘We know that many of our patients are also carers and that can come with its own stress and difficulties. Our team is here, either to help directly or else to direct them to the most appropriate advice and support. The drop-in session will be informal so people can pop in at any time between 9am and 1pm, and we will be in the reception area.
